Earl Engelmann
FounderEarl’s earliest experiences as a builder were in boat building, and later residential construction and development.
Earl has been in the Wood River Valley since 1977 and has been involved in all phases of residential and commercial construction. Earl has been committed to maintaining the highest quality construction and customer service for more than three decades. Earl recognized early on that the construction business is more than building a structure, it’s taking care of customers and building those relationships.

Robert Voertman
Vice PresidentHaving grown up in the building business, Bob has a passion for building and working with wood that goes back to his youth. He is at least the fourth generation in the general contracting business. Bob enjoys the process of seeing a project come to life. Degrees in forestry and architecture reflect Bob’s interests in wood and construction. Bob moved to the Wood River Valley in the late 80’s and began working on custom homes. The nature of custom homes involves both of his interests, fine woodworking and construction. After 25 years here in the construction business Bob still enjoys following his passions and helping clients attain their goals.

Don Cunningham
Manager/PartnerDon joined Engelmann Partners after working the last several years in residential construction and property management. Don has worked as an owner’s representative, project engineer, project manager and property services group leader. Don also had a long career in education and non-profit administration. Don has been in the valley since 1990. He serves on the Board of the Senior Connection in Hailey, Idaho.

Richard Stark
Project ManagerRick’s experience and knowledge has been gained over 30 years of building and remodeling high end homes. He started in Manhattan Beach, California as a partner with Dolphin Construction in 1984 specializing in building multi-million dollar ocean-front homes. Each of these homes presented unique details that required researching the newest state of the art technology, integrating a diverse range of materials and creative problem solving.
He brought this expertise to the Wood River Valley in 2001, joining Engelmann in 2004. Ricks’ clients have found great value in his ability to explain all the options that should be considered throughout their decision making process. With over 70 high caliber homes built or remodeled, Rick has an intimate knowledge in all aspects of the construction industry.

Jen Nelson
ControllerController, in charge of all bookkeeping and financial transactions for construction and property management groups. She has managed the books for several local businesses and is the go-to source for financial information on the many accounts that we manage. Jen is a long term valley resident with two children who lives in Hailey.

Hector Reyes
Property Management TechnicianProperty Management Technician: Hector has worked in Property Management for many years and knows the bulk of our properties in finite detail. He is also a skilled carpenter, performs spa maintenance and many other tasks to keep your residences running properly.

Andrew Miller
Project/Property Manager: Idaho native, master of many skills, trained HVAC tech, mechanic and ranch hand. Andrew brings a wealth of skills and an excellent attitude to all he engages in.
Katie Nasvik
Property Manager and Technician: Katie has worked for 17 years in Property Management. She specializes in caring for some of our private residential clients and is excellent at exceeding owner expectations for full-service property care. She is also an avid athlete and worked as a cross-country running coach.
Litay Ruggles
Property Manager - HOA'sPrior to moving to Idaho in 2014, Litay was an entrepreneur in the Philippines where she worked as a manufacturing buyer’s representative for many years and was very active with non-profit organizations. Here in Blaine County, she has worked in hospitality, banking and property management before joining Engelmann Partners as a Property Manager.
Her motto in life is, “ Always choose kindness”.
Ryan Ose
A Seattle native, Ryan joined Englemann in 2021 after spending many years in the snowsports industry, including stints at several local retailers. With a background in accounting and customer service, and with deep ties to the local community, Ryan is well-positioned to serve our diverse group of clients.
