Earl Engelmann

Earl’s earliest experiences as a builder were in boat building, and later residential construction and development.

Earl has been in the Wood River Valley since 1977 and has been involved in all phases of residential and commercial construction. Earl has been committed to maintaining the highest quality construction and customer service for more than three decades. Earl recognized early on that the construction business is more than building a structure, it’s taking care of customers and building those relationships.

Robert Voertman

Having grown up in the building business, Bob has a passion for building and working with wood that goes back to his youth. He is at least the fourth generation in the general contracting business. Bob enjoys the process of seeing a project come to life. Degrees in forestry and architecture reflect Bob’s interests in wood and construction. Bob moved to the Wood River Valley in the late 80’s and began working on custom homes. The nature of custom homes involves both of his interests, fine woodworking and construction. After 25 years here in the construction business Bob still enjoys following his passions and helping clients attain their goals.

Richard Stark

Rick’s experience and knowledge has been gained over 30 years of building and remodeling high end homes. He started in Manhattan Beach, California as a partner with Dolphin Construction in 1984 specializing in building multi-million dollar ocean-front homes. Each of these homes presented unique details that required researching the newest state of the art technology, integrating a diverse range of materials and creative problem solving.
He brought this expertise to the Wood River Valley in 2001, joining Engelmann in 2004. Ricks’ clients have found great value in his ability to explain all the options that should be considered throughout their decision making process. With over 70 high caliber homes built or remodeled, Rick has an intimate knowledge in all aspects of the construction industry.

Don Cunningham

Don joined Engelmann Partners after working the last several years in residential construction and property management. Don has worked as an owner’s representative, project engineer, project manager and property services group leader. Don also had a long career in education and non-profit administration. Don has been in the valley since 1990. He serves on the Board of the Senior Connection in Hailey, Idaho.

Charlie Donaldson

Charlie has been in the valley since the late 80’s and has been in property management for the bulk of that time.  His knowledge of association management, and the properties specifically, adds great experience to our team.  Charlie started as a maintenance tech and performed the tasks necessary to keep buildings functioning properly.  Since 1995, he has served as a property manager and currently oversees the management of (10) associations in the valley.

Controller

Jen Nelson

Controller, in charge of all bookkeeping and financial transactions for construction and property management groups. She has managed the books for several local businesses and is the go-to source for financial information on the many accounts that we manage.   Jen is a long term valley resident with two children who lives in Hailey.

Property Management Technician

Hector Reyes

Property Management Technician: Hector has worked in Property Management for many years and knows the bulk of our properties in finite detail. He is also a skilled carpenter, performs spa maintenance and many other tasks to keep your residences running properly.

Andrew Miller

Property Management Technician: Idaho native, master of many skills, trained HVAC tech, mechanic and ranch hand.  Andrew brings a wealth of skills and an excellent attitude to all he engages in.

Tawni Baker

Bookkeeping assistant, multi-talented office and HOA support.  Tawni is another long-time valley resident who has worked in real estate, non-profit management and recruiting.  She handles many detailed tasks and ensures client needs are well met.

Katie Nasvik

Property Manager and Technician: Katie has worked for 17 years in Property Management.  She specializes in caring for some of our private residential clients and is excellent at exceeding owner expectations for full-service property care.  She is also an avid athlete and worked as a cross-country running coach.
