He does a fine job of servicing our property, keeping it clean, and well maintained. He knows our buildings well and takes the initiative go the extra mile. Litay also has a good relationship with very competent subcontractors in the fields needed to assist with any repairs and maintenance that is outside the scope of Englemann’s in-house maintenance team.
